High temperature one-part zirconia based adhesive. Perfect for thermocouples and semiconductor wafers. Bonds and seals ceramics to ceramics and ceramics to metals in applications up to 3200°F (1760°C).Ceramabond 516 exhibits a dielectric strength of 188 volts per mil, torque strength of 50 ft-lbs, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 4.1 in/in/°F.The product must be step cured at 200°F (93°C), 500°F (260°C), and 700°F (371°C) for 2 hours at each temperature. Environmentally safe, non-flammable. Contains no volatile organic compounds.
